Notice from the Guangdong Province in Aligning with the National in "Multiple-certificate in One" Reform for Record Filing and Industrial and Commercial Registration for Foreign Investment Enterprises cum "One-stop Acceptance"

As part of the business registration reform, the Guangdong Provincial Government will implement the integration of 24 certificates and licences into one consolidated business license from 30 June 2018 onwards. In addition, foreign investment enterprises could complete the registration for an authorised company chop and housing provident fund payment registration upon obtaining business registration approval from the administration for industry and commerce, which could further reduce administrative procedures of business registration.
