The Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau issued a notice on further implementing the “Implementation Measures for the Administration of Household Relocation in Zhuhai” on 29 March 2019. Individuals without household registration in Zhuhai may move into Zhuhai as long as they fulfil the conditions listed in the “Implementation Measures for the Administration of Household Relocation in Zhuhai”. Specific conditions include residing/employed and have enrolled in social security in Zhuhai or 5 consecutive years. The notice is effective from 29 March 2019 to 28 March 2023.
