Guangzhou Nansha Economic and Technological Development Zone Bureau of Commerce, Guangzhou Nansha Health Bureau and Guangzhou Nansha Education Bureau has jointly issued a notice on guidelines on the opening of medical and education industry in Nansha Area of the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone (2019 Edition) on 19 April 2019. The guidelines set out 35 specific management measures for the 2 major medical and education industries, including the establishment of foreign investment institutions, the management of foreign investments, etc. If there are more favourable opening measures for investors in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, they will be implemented in accordance with the relevant agreements.
