Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province issued the Three-year Action Plan on Promoting Technical Innovation in Industrial Enterprises of Guangdong Province (2018 – 2020, Revised) on 23 May 2019 (“the Action Plan”). The Action Plan's main objective is to achieve an average annual growth of around 12% for investment on technical innovation, and to set up over 25,000 industrial enterprises for developing technical innovation from 2018 to 2020.
