The Administrative Bureau of the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone issued the office rental subsidy measures to encourage businesses to return to Qianhai on 9 July 2019. Eligible Qianhai registered businesses, especially those from Hong Kong, are entitled to office rental subsidies for 3 years in a row with a maximum of RMB 5 million. The measures came into effect on 1 July 2019 and will be valid until 31 December 2023.
