Zhuhai Human Resources & Social Security Bureau issued a notice on “Policy Measures of Supporting Hong Kong and Macao Youths' Employment and Entrepreneurship in Zhuhai”. on 12 July 2019. Eligible Hong Kong and Macao residents who start business in Zhuhai can apply for discount loan of up to RMB300,000. Hong Kong and Macao youth and university students who carry out employment skills practice activities can receive up to RMB100,000 per innovative project. The Policy Measure is effective from 01 August 2019 to 31 July, 2022.
