Public Notice on “Issuing the Interim Measures on Accreditation for Overseas High-Level Talents and Financial Subsidy of Individual Income Tax for Overseas High-end Talent and Talent in Short Supply (Consultation Paper)” for Public Consultation

The Finance Bureau of Dongguan Municipality published the Interim Measures for public consultation. Specific measures include offering individual income tax (“IIT”) financial subsidies to high-level talents and talents with short supply working in the Dongguan Administrative Region for the portion exceeding 15% of their taxable income. The above financial subsidy will be exempted from IIT. The public may provide their comments to the Finance Bureau via email, mail, or fax before 5 August 2019.
