The Development and Reform Bureau of Luohu District, Shenzhen issued a notice on 3-year action plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Plan on July 29. Given Luohu District's proximity to Hong Kong, the action plan includes items closely related to Hong Kong in the areas of international education, healthcare, scientific research, etc.
