The interim measures for Hengqin New Area to support the development of Guangdong-Macao Cross-border Financial Cooperation (Zhuhai) Demonstration Zone was officially issued on 5 August 2019. The measures propose to promote the construction of Guangdong-Macao Cross-border Financial Cooperation (Zhuhai) Demonstration Zone in Hengqin New Area of Zhuhai, clarify the types of enterprise entering the Demonstration Zone and define the pilot area. At the same time, the measures also propose to provide rental support and subsidies for self-use office space in the Demonstration Zone. The measures have been implemented on 5 August 2019 and will be valid for 3 years.
