The Zhuhai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Zhuhai Finance Bureau jointly issued the “Notice on the issuance of the Employment Subsidy Measures in Zhuhai” (“the Notice”) on 5 September 2019. According to the Notice, Hong Kong and Macao residents who have fulfilled the conditions stated in appendices 1 and 2 may be entitled to equivalent employment subsidies as local residents.
Applicants may apply for employment subsidies with their Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, or other valid documents. The Notice are effective from 5 September 2019 until 4 September 2024.
