The People's Government of Foshan issued the “Interim Measures for the Administration of Superior Card Services in Foshan” (“the Interim Measures”). Eligible talents working in Foshan may apply for the Categories A, B, C and T Superior Cards in Foshan, with no restrictions to nationality, household registration, identity or age. Cardholders may enjoy talent subsidies, green channel access, medical appointment services and benefits in areas such as shopping. The Interim Measures will be effective from 10 October 2019 and valid for 3 years.
