The Office of the People's Government of Zhaoqing issued a notice on the Measures to Foster the Development of Business Environment in Zhaoqing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and introduced 38 measures on 10 September 2019. Major measures include encouraging residents from Hong Kong and Macao to apply for Talent Green Cards, granting eligible innovation team financial support up to RMB 10 million, real time filing and handling of Hong Kong and Macao endorsement for business visit (Shangwu), online services for taxpayers, implementation of electronic invoices, etc.
