The Zhaoqing Leading Group for Talent Work issued the “Implementation Measures on Talent Green Cards in Zhaoqing (Trial)” on 15 October 2019. Eligible talents working in Zhaoqing can apply for two types of Talent Cards i.e. You Cai Ka and Jie Cai Ka, with no restrictions to nationality, household registration, identity or age. Successful applicants will be able to enjoy convenient services in the areas of social insurance, housing allowance and children's enrolment in school. The implementation measures are effective from 15 October 2019 and will be valid for 5 years.
