The Housing & Urban-Rural Construction Bureau (“HURCB”) of Nansha District issued the “Detailed Implementation Rules for the Administration of Joint Property Right Housing in the Guangzhou Nansha New District” (“the DIRs”) on 16 October 2019. The DIRs stated that Hong Kong and Macao youths who intend to buy joint property right housing may register at www.nszcdx.com after the HURCB has published the announcement for application. For details on the application documents, please refer to Article 6 of the DIRs. The DIRs is effective from 16 October 2019 to 5 November 2021.
