The General Affairs Office of the Guangzhou Nansha District People's Government issued the “Implementation Measures (Trial) on supporting Hong Kong and Macao youths in innovation and entrepreneurship in the Guangzhou Nansha New Zone (Free Trade Zone)” on 19 October 2019 (“the Implementation Measures”). Hong Kong permanent residents aged between 18 and 45 who fulfil the stated requirements may apply for up to 22 innovation and entrepreneurship awards, four enterprise and governmental services and seven urban support services. The Implementation Measures are effective from 19 October 2019 and valid for one year.
