Huizhou Finance Bureau, Huizhou Science and Technology Bureau, Huizhou Human Resources and Society Security Bureau and Huizhou State Taxation of Administration jointly issued a notice on interim measures concerning administration on financial subsidies related to individual income tax preferential policies in GBA on 31 October 2019. The measures include the scope of subsidies of individual income tax in Huizhou, the conditions and scope of overseas high-end talents and talents in shortage, the calculation method for financial subsidies, talent identification and subsidy payment procedures, supervision and management regulations. The measures came into force on 1 January 2019 and shall be valid until 31 December 2019.
