The Ministry of Education issued the “Measures for the Admission of Hong Kong Students to Mainland Higher Education Institutions for 2020” on 7 November 2019. Holders of the Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card, Mainland Travel Permit and Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents who are sitting for the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination in 2020 may apply for the Joint Entrance Exam for Universities in the Mainland. Candidates may refer to articles 1 to 3 of the Measures for details of the application, deadline, interview and admission.
