Shenzhen Qianhai Administration Authority issued a notice on “Several Measures to Accelerate the Development and Accumulation of Talents in Qianhai” on 29 November 2019. The authority announced 20 measures to enhance the development of talents in Qianhai. The main contents include encouraging more Hong Kong residents to work and practise in the Mainland in the areas of law, accounting, medical treatment and construction engineering as well as supporting Hong Kong and Macao youths in the areas of internship employment, innovation and entrepreneurship, development platform and living security.
