The Zhongshan Municipal Science and Technology Bureau issued the “Notice on the Application for Recognising High-end Overseas Talents from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in Zhongshan” on 2 December 2019. The Notice targets high-calibre overseas talents working in Zhongshan. They can apply for talent recognition online from 3 December 2019 to 16 March 2020, in order to obtain financial subsidies under the preferential individual income tax policies.
