The Jiangmen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Jiangmen Talent Bureau issued the Measures on the Identification and Referral of High-level Talents in Jiangmen (“the Measures”) on 22 January 2020. High-level talents who are introduced into Jiangmen for employment or entrepreneurship may apply for talent identification or referral as high-level talents in Jiangmen, with no restrictions in nationality, region or household registration. The Measures took effect on 1 March 2020 and is valid until 17 February 2024.
