The Office of the People's Government of Zhongshan Municipality issued the “Detailed Implementation Rules for the Point Based School Admission System for Migrant Persons” (the Detailed Implementation Rules) on 10 March 2020. As the implementation document for the Regulations on Administration Measures for the Point Based School Admission System for Migrant Persons (Zhong Fu [2020] No. 2), the required documents and specific handling procedures for the point based school admission system are stated in Articles 3 and 8 of the Detailed Implementation Rules.
The Detailed Implementation Rules are effective from 1 March 2020 to 31 December 2022.
