The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, the Science and Technology Innovation Committee of Shenzhen Municipality and the Finance Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality issued a Notice on Application Guideline Concerning Administration and Financial Subsidies Related to Individual Income Tax Preferential Policies for Overseas High-end Talents and Talents in Short Supply in July 2020. Application for subsidies can be submitted through declaration system from 1 to 31 August 2020 in accordance to the final settlement and payment record of individual income tax.
