The Guangzhou Nansha Area Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Guangzhou Nansha Economic and Technology Development Zone Bureau of Talent Development issued the “Notice on the Issuance of the “Implementation Measures on the Assessment for Talent Green Cards in the Nansha New Area (Free Trade Zone)”” (“the Notice”) on 6 July 2020. The Notice states that eligible Hong Kong SAR residents who have worked or started a business for over 6 months each year in the Nansha New Area (Free Trade Zone) and have a legal residence in Guangzhou may apply for the Talent Green Cards.
