The People's Government of Dongguan issued the “Dongguan Talent Housing Measures (Trial)” (“the Measures”) on 24 July 2020. Eligible innovative talents may apply for integrated subsidies with the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Dongguan for a maximum of RMB 300,000. Besides, talents with recent household registration and being recently employed may apply for public rental housing with the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and will be granted rental subsidies of RMB 6,000 per year. The Measures took effect on 29 June 2020 and is valid until 28 June 2022.
