Based on the “Notice on Issuing the Implementation Measures on the Assessment for Guangzhou Talent Green Cards in the Guangzhou Nansha New Area (Free Trade Zone)”, the Human Resource and Social Security Bureau of the Guangzhou Nansha New Area issued the “Application Guide for Talent Green Cards in the Guangzhou Nansha New Area (Free Trade Zone)” (“the Application Guide”) on 14 August 2020.
Talents who have successfully applied for the green cards may enjoy a series of benefits including long-term residence permits and R visas*, school admissions for children, purchasing vehicles and application for business licences. The Application Guide took effect from 14 August 2020.
