The Housing and Development Bureau of the Shenzhen Futian District issued the “Notice on the Second Batch of 2020 Rental Housing Allocation for Industrial Talents in Futian District” on 31 August 2020. Employing units (ie. employers / enterprises) may submit applications for rental housing allocation for industrial talents from 1 September to 18 September 2020. The maximum rental period for the first lease is 3 years, and leasing enterprises can only renew their leases once upon expiry, with a maximum renewed lease period of 3 years.
