The People's Government of Guangdong Province ("the Government") issued the "Several Policy Measures to Further Stabilise and Expand the Employment in the Guangdong Province" ("Policy Measures") on 1 March 2021. The Government announced to support the "Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme" ("the Scheme"). During the implementation of the Scheme, regions can provide participants with living allowances up to RMB1,000 per month. In addition, for those start-up incubation bases rendering start-up incubation services for more than one year to the six types of personnel (including the youth from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) specified in the Policy Measures, they can apply for subsidies at a standard of RMB3,000 per household per year.
