The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the Shenzhen Municipality issued the "Notice in relation to the Issuance of the "Application Guideline of Financial Subsidies Related to Individual Income Tax Preferential Policies for Overseas High-end Talents and Talents in Short Supply for the Tax Year 2020"" on 2 August 2021. Application for subsidies can be submitted through declaration system during the period from 16 August 2021 to 30 September 2021 in accordance to the final settlement and payment record of individual income tax annual filing.
