The Zhuhai Municipal Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Bureau ("the authorities") issued the "Guidelines for Hong Kong and Macao Youth's Development in the Zhuhai Municipality" on 5 December 2022. The authorities provided specific policy guidelines in seven areas such as employment, entrepreneurship, talents, living, housing, studying and leisure, including details on how to register for employment in the Zhuhai Municipality, how to apply for employment subsidies in the Zhuhai Municipality and talent policies in the Zhuhai Municipality, etc.
