The Zhuhai Municipal Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Bureau ("the authorities") issued the "Detailed Implementation Rules for 60 Measures to Facilitate the Development of Hong Kong and Macao Residents in the Zhuhai Municipality" on 5 December 2022. The authorities listed out in detail specific measures and handling procedures for the 60 measures, including guidelines for Hong Kong and Macao residents to participate in the Zhuhai Municipality's basic pension insurance and basic medical insurance payment and benefits, facilitating eligible Hong Kong and Macao residents to complete household registration in the Zhuhai Municipality, facilitating Hong Kong and Macao residents to apply for temporary living and residence in the Zhuhai Municipality, facilitating Hong Kong and Macao residents to apply for Hong Kong and Macao residence permits, and purchase self-occupied commercial housing in the Zhuhai Municipality.
