The General Affairs Office of People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Issuance of the Measures of Talent Green Card Regulation in Guangzhou Municipality (“the Measures”) ” (“the Notice”) on 12 June 2023. The authorities announced outstanding domestic and foreign talents and entrepreneurs, working in regions in Guangzhou Municipality and Guangzhou-Foshan High quality development Integration Pilot Zone, Guangzhou-Qingyuan Economic Special Cooperation Zone, and other regions, can apply for the Guangzhou Talent Green Card based on these Measures. The Measures specified the application conditions, treatment contents, application procedures, and appendices. The Notice shall be effective on 12 June 2023 and valid for 5 years.
