On 24 June 2023, the General Affairs Office of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government issued the “Various Measures to Promote the High-Quality Development of the Human Resources Service Industry in the New Era in Shenzhen Municipality” (“the Measures”). The Measures specify the promotion of the establishment of a human resources service industry exchange and cooperation mechanism in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (“GBA”). Efforts will be made to increase the construction of the Qianhai International Talent Port and attract well-known human resources service organizations from Hong Kong, Macao. The Measures are effective from 10 July 2023 and will be valid for five years.
