The Shenzhen Municipal Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone Administration (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Service Work Arrangement for Classifying Industries for Corporate Income Tax Incentives for Year 2023” (“the Notice”) on 30 June 2023. The authorities announced the arrangement in order to launch the service work of classifying industries for corporate income tax incentives.
