The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the Foshan Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the “Implementation Measures of Introducing and Cultivating Talents Support Work in the Foshan Municipality” (“the Implementation Measures”) on 11 July 2023. The authorities announced a series of measures including newly introduced talents settlement subsidies, housing purchase subsidies, rental subsidies, living allowances and full-time talents growth incentives, work expense application, review, disbursement, and supervision related matters. Talents are required to submit subsidy application before 31 March 2024. Details include application requirements, support standards, application and review procedures, please refer to the Implementation Measures. The Implementation Measures shall be effective on 11 July 2023 and valid for 3 years.
