The Guangzhou Municipal Huangpu District Human Resources and Society Security Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Implementation Measures of the “Measures of Talent Green Card Regulation in Guangzhou Municipality” in Guangzhou Development Zone and Guangzhou Huangpu District” (“the Implementation Measures”) on 28 September 2023. The authorities announced that outstanding domestic and foreign talents and entrepreneurs, working in regions in Guangzhou Development Zone, Guangzhou Municipal Huangpu District, and other regions, can apply for the Guangzhou Talent Green Card based on the Implementation Measures. The Implementation Measures specified the application conditions and application procedures. The Implementation Measures shall be effective from 28 September 2023 and valid until 14 June 2028.
