The Zhongshan Municipal Gangkou Town, People’s Government (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “the Interim Administrative Measures for Talent Housing in Zhongshan Municipality”” (“the Notice”) on 9 November 2023. The authorities announced that the priority guarantee target of talent housing includes Hong Kong and Macao youth conducting innovation and entrepreneurship in Zhongshan Municipality.
