The People’s Government of Baiyun District of the Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the Establishment and Administration Regulations of the Talent Apartment in the Guangzhou Municipal Baiyun District” (“the Notice”) on 14 December 2023. The authorities announced that the talent apartment allocation target include entrepreneurship and employment youth talents from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Qualified talents may apply for rental of one talent apartment within Guangzhou Municipality. These regulations shall be effective from 1 January 2024 and valid for 3 years.
