The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Huizhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Implementation Administrative Measures in relation to Project for the Construction of High Skilled Talent Training Base” (“the Measures”) on 19 December 2023. The authorities announced that the main function of the training base is to carry out technical training and skill enhancement training activities for enterprise employees. Construction support fund of RMB 200,000 shall be provided to enterprises that got project for the construction of high skilled talent training base. These measures shall be effective from 19 December 2023 and valid until 31 December 2025.
