The Jiangmen Municipal Finance Bureau, the Jiangmen Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the Jiangmen Municipality, Jiangmen Municipal Talent Work Bureau and Jiangmen Municipal Tax Service, State Taxation Administration (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Launching 2023 Application Work of Financial Rebate for Individual Income Tax Preferential Policies in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in Jiangmen Municipality” (“the Notice”) on 3 January 2024. The authorities announced that overseas high-end talents and talents in shortage in Jiangmen Municipality may apply for 2021 and 2022 tax years financial subsidies for individual income tax. The application period is from 24 January 2024 to 17 March 2024.
