The Guangzhou Municipal Zengcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Implementation Measures of the “Measures of Talent Green Card Regulation in Guangzhou Municipality” in Guangzhou Municipal Zengcheng District” (“the Implementation Measures”) on 10 January 2024. The authorities announced that outstanding domestic and foreign talents and entrepreneurs, who are non-residents of Guangzhou Municipality, working in Guangzhou Municipal Zengcheneg District, can apply for the Guangzhou Talent Green Card B based on the Implementation Measures. The Implementation Measures specified the application conditions and application procedures. These Measures shall be effective from 10 January 2024.
