The Shenzhen Municipal Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Service Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to the Application Guidelines for 2024 Industrial Developmental Project of Private and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Support Scheme for Talents in Shortage (First Batch)” (“the Notice”) on 24 January 2024. The authorities announced to enhance the capabilities and qualities of industry talent in shortage for private and small and medium-sized enterprises. The program is divided into two categories: training for industry talent in shortage and entrepreneurship cultivation project. For training program targeting industry talent in shortage, the subsidy standard is at a maximum of RMB300 per person per day. Applicants shall submit the project application and supporting materials online from 19 February 2024 to 1 March 2024.
