The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the Guangzhou Municipality (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Adjusting the Application Procedures of Employment and Entrepreneurship Subsidies” (“the Notice”) on 25 January 2024. The authorities announced that the application for living allowance under the Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme may be submitted, following specific standards, at any time during the scheme implementation period through the “Guangdong e-Government Service Network” to the public employment service agency in the district of the employer’s registered location.
