The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and 7 other authorities (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Implementation of High-skilled Leading Talent Cultivation Program” (“the Notice”) on 30 January 2024. The authorities announced a series of measures for high-skilled leading talent cultivation programs including improving mechanisms to attract and retain talents, which enterprises are encouraged to innovate and improve relevant regulations to attract stable leading talents.
