The People’s Government of the Foshan Municipal Nanhai District (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to Implementation Opinions of Housing Security Rental Subsidies in Foshan Municipal Nanhai District” (“the Implementation Opinions”) on 4 February 2024. The authorities announced that non-residents of Foshan Municipal Nanhai District who have stable employment in Nanhai District may apply for housing security rental subsidies. The amount of the housing security rental subsidy received per household per month shall not exceed the monthly lease amount. These Implementation Opinions shall be effective from 11 February 2024 and valid for 3 years.
