The Organizational Department of the Communist Party of China Guangzhou Municipal Conghua District, the Guangzhou Municipal Conghua District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “Implementation Measures of the “Measures of the Guangzhou Municipal Talent Green Card Regulation” by the Guangzhou Municipal Conghua District”” (“the Notice”) on 1 March 2024. The authorities announced that applicable talents who have started business or employment in the Conghua District for more than 6 months with legal residential properties, can apply for the Guangzhou Municipal Talent Green Card B. The application process for the Guangzhou Municipal Talent Green Card would be conducted online. The Implementation Measures shall be effective from 1 March 2024 and valid until 14 June 2028.
