On 5 March 2024, the People’s Government of Liwan District of Guangzhou Municipality issued the “Reports of the 2023 National Economic and Social Development Implementation Plan and the 2024 National Economic and Social Development Plan of Liwan District of Guangzhou Municipality” (“the Report”). The Report proposed to constantly promote the establishment of sister schools, vigorously develop the first batch of education bases for teenagers among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and promote the construction of education and exchange centres in the Greater Bay Area (Liwan).
