On 8 March 2024, the Shenzhen Industrial and Information Technology Bureau issued the “Action Plan for Cross-industry Integrated Development of New Fashion Products (2024- 2025)” (“the Plan”). The Plan proposed to support domestic and foreign well-known brands in setting up their first stores, flagship stores, new concept stores, encourage and guide domestic and foreign well-known brands to launch and market their cross-border integration new products in Shenzhen Municipality, and expand the sales channels for cross-border integration new fashion products.
