The Shenzhen Municipal Transport Bureau (“the authorities”) issued the “Cross-border Transportation via the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong High-speed Rail “Flexi-trip Arrangement” Extends to Shenzhen North Station Starting From 18 March 2024” (“the Notice”) on 18 March 2024. The authorities announced that starting from 18 March 2024, the cross-border transportation service “Flexi-trip Arrangement” extends to Shenzhen North Station. Passengers holding valid tickets from Shenzhen North Station or Futian Station to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, who have already made one change or exceeded the deadline for changes, can still make up to three changes to their train trips on the same day of travel using the “Flexi-trip Arrangement”.
