The Executive Committee of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone (“the authorities”) issued the “Notice in relation to “Various Measures for Support in Talent Development in the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone”” (“the Notice”) on 26 March 2024. The authorities announced that “outstand talents”, “leading talents”, “top talents” and “youth talents” who have been officially identified, can receive living allowance of RMB8 million, RMB3 million, RMB2 million, RMB1.5 million, respectively. These Measures shall be effective from 1 January 2023 and valid until 31 December 2025.
