The Shenzhen Municipal Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone Administration (“the authorities”) issued the ““Measures for Shenzhen Municipal Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone Administration” Shall Be Effective from 1 May” (“the Notice”) on 29 March 2024. The authorities announced to establish the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Deeply Integrated Development Leading Area and broaden the channels for participation of individuals from Hong Kong and Macao in the governance of Qianhai. Meanwhile, in accordance with the work requirements, staff workers shall be selected from Hong Kong, Macao and foreign nationals to improve the operation of the consulting agency of Qianhai Management Bureau.
